– It depends on the designer, but for illustration, designers usually follow one of the two following paths:

1- Put all the effort into designing one high quality concept.
2- Divide their effort and design 2-3 average quality concepts for you to pick between.

The cover remains the designer’s responsibility, without either our interference or yours. However, if that represents an issue for you, we can certainly discuss your preferences before proceeding to make sure you are satisfied with the end results.

– For Quick On The Shelf packages, you pay the cost of any paid stock image you would like the designer to use.

For the other packages, we are going to pay the cost of any stock image you choose from any renowned stock-image websites like Shutterstock

– The only case we would be issuing a refund is when an author requests something that we cannot provide due to any technical or artistic point of view and when the book is not aligned with our policy of accepting books.

– We do accept all kinds of books except for sexual, pornography, or books categorized under the erotica genre.
